Provably Fair System
The result multiplier is computed as max(1, floor(0.97 × 2^52 / (hash_value + 1)) / 2^32), derived from HMAC-SHA256(server_seed, client_seed:nonce). This formula produces an inverse distribution capped by the 3% house edge factor.
