Official Sweepstakes Rules

These Sweepstakes Rules ("Rules") govern all sweepstakes promotions offered through the Rookie platform (the "Platform") operated by Rookie Gaming Inc.. These Rules are supplemental to and form part of the Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict regarding Sweepstakes participation, these Rules shall prevail.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Who Can Enter

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the following jurisdictions who meet the applicable age requirement:

(a) United States: Residents of, and persons physically located in, states that are not Excluded Territories. Minimum age: 21 years. The following are excluded:

• Washington, Idaho, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Kentucky, Vermont, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Maryland, Louisiana, Arizona, Mississippi
• All outlying U.S. territories and possessions

(b) Canada: All provinces and territories except Quebec. Minimum age: 18 or 19 years (depending on province).

(c) Mexico: Legal residents. Minimum age: 18 years.

(d) Brazil: Legal residents. Minimum age: 18 years.

(e) Colombia: Legal residents. Minimum age: 18 years.

(f) Peru: Legal residents. Minimum age: 18 years.

(g) India: Legal residents in permitted states. Excluded states: Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, Telangana. Minimum age: 18 years.

1.2 Who Cannot Enter

• Persons who do not meet the minimum age requirement
• Persons located in an Excluded Territory
• Employees of Rookie Gaming Inc., affiliates, and their immediate family/household members
• Self-excluded persons
• Persons whose Accounts have been suspended or closed for violation of the Terms

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes is ongoing, operating 24/7, subject to maintenance and availability. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate at any time.

3. How to Enter (Free Methods of Entry)

3.1 Daily Login Bonus

Log into your Account each day to receive free Sweeps Coins. The amount may vary from time to time.

3.2 Mail-In Entry (AMOE)

Send a handwritten request to:

• Your full legal name (as registered on your Account)
• Your registered email address
• Your Account username
• A handwritten statement: "I wish to receive Sweeps Coins to participate in the Rookie Sweepstakes."

Rules: one (1) request per envelope, one (1) envelope per day per person. Must be handwritten. Valid requests credited within seven (7) business days of receipt. We are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected mail.

3.3 Social Media Promotions

Follow our official social media accounts for periodic giveaways. Entry methods and amounts specified per promotion.

3.4 Promotional Events

Additional free Sweeps Coins through special events, tournaments, referral programs, or other promotions as announced.

3.5 Gold Coin Purchase Bonus

When you purchase Gold Coin packages, you receive free bonus Sweeps Coins as a promotional addition. The Sweeps Coins are a free bonus — you are purchasing Gold Coins only.

4. How the Sweepstakes Works

4.1 Playing with Sweeps Coins

Use Sweeps Coins to play any Promotional Play Game. Outcomes are determined by our provably fair system.

4.2 Winning Sweeps Coins

You may win additional Sweeps Coins based on Game outcomes. Odds and payouts are displayed within each Game.

4.3 Equal Odds

The odds of winning are identical regardless of how Sweeps Coins were obtained. There is no advantage to any particular method.

4.4 Sweeps Coin Value

Each eligible Sweeps Coin has a Prize redemption value of USD $1.00.

5. Play-Through Requirements

Standard: Each Sweeps Coin must be played at least once (1x) before eligible for Prize redemption.

Promotional: Certain promotions may require up to twenty times (20x). Requirements will be clearly communicated at distribution.

Your Account dashboard shows: total Sweeps Coins balance, coins available for redemption, and coins with remaining requirements.

6. Prize Redemption

Each eligible Sweeps Coin redeems for USD $1.00. Minimum redemption: 100 SC (USD $100).

To redeem: navigate to the Redeem/Cashier section, select the amount, choose your method (bank transfer, crypto, gift card, etc.), complete verification, and submit. All redemptions require KYC. Processing per the Terms of Service.

Tax Obligations by Jurisdiction

Jurisdiction	Notes
United States	Prizes paid in USD. IRS Form 1099-MISC may be issued for cumulative redemptions exceeding $600/year.
Canada	Prizes in USD or CAD. Provincial/federal withholding may apply.
Mexico	Prizes in USD or MXN. ISR (Impuesto Sobre la Renta) obligations are your responsibility.
Brazil	Prizes in USD or BRL. IRRF (Imposto de Renda Retido na Fonte) may apply.
Colombia	Prizes in USD or COP. Colombian tax withholding may apply.
Peru	Prizes in USD or PEN. Peruvian tax withholding may apply.
India	Prizes in USD or INR. TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) at 30% for winnings exceeding INR 10,000 per Income Tax Act, 1961. We may withhold and remit TDS.

7. Provably Fair System

All outcomes are determined using HMAC-SHA256 cryptographic hash functions ensuring predetermination, verifiability, and transparency. Full details and verification tools are available on the Fairness page.

8. Sweeps Coin Expiration

Sweeps Coins are valid for sixty (60) days from your last login. After that, all Sweeps Coins expire automatically. Log in at least every 60 days to reset the clock. Expired Sweeps Coins cannot be recovered.

9. General Conditions

• No Transfer: Sweeps Coins cannot be transferred, sold, traded, or exchanged between Accounts.
• No Purchase: Sweeps Coins cannot be purchased.
• No Cash Value (Pre-Redemption): Unredeemed Sweeps Coins that haven't met play-through have no cash value.
• Not a Financial Instrument: Sweeps Coins are not currency, cryptocurrency, security, or investment.
• Void Where Prohibited: The Sweepstakes is void in Excluded Territories and wherever prohibited by law.
• Disputes: Our determination is final and binding, subject to applicable law.
• Modification: We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to allow redemption of eligible Sweeps Coins.

Release and Waiver

By participating, you release and hold harmless Rookie Gaming Inc., its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from any claims arising from participation or Prize receipt, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Publicity

By accepting a Prize, you agree that we may use your username and general geographic location for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
