Provably Fair System
Reel positions are determined by random floats from HMAC-SHA256(server_seed, client_seed:nonce). Each reel consumes one float, mapped to a position on the reel strip. The reel strips and symbol weights are fixed — the only random element is the stopping position. After rotating seeds, you can verify every reel stop independently.
